From ages 3 months to 5 years your child really starts to explore the world. During this time of discovery, it's imperative that we foster their learning in the right way. Rise & Shine Day Nursery is the perfect place to do just that. We've spent years creating a fun, friendly and engaging atmosphere where children can feel confident to make mistakes and grow, preparing them for the next stages of education and development.

Based in Peterborough at the entrance to Jack Hunt School, our centre welcomes up to 36 children at any one time, creating smaller classes that allow for more attention given to each individual. There are four age appropriate rooms, all lead by two members of caring, highly qualified staff chosen by our experienced nursery leaders; Alison, our Nursery Manager, who welcomes families old and new to Rise & Shine Day Nursery whilst managing daily running's, and Leah, our Deputy Nursery Manager who makes sure all the children have a happy and safe environment to learn, play and discover.

Making payments easy

When searching for a nursery school there are many things to consider, which is why we aim to make the financial side of things a little simpler. In addition to accepting government funding for 15 and 30 hours for 2,3 and 4 year olds, we also accept childcare vouchers and even offer a 7% discount to all those registering siblings. Our prices are as follows:

1 Session (08:00-13:00 or 13:00-18:00) - £35
Full Day (08:00-18:00) - £65

You can book up a full week with a minimum of two sessions (half day, either morning or afternoon) per week. Although meals are provided, if your child is government funded you can either pay £3.50 for the meal or bring a packed lunch. This is to cover the cost of preparing and sourcing the food.

1 Week - £200

Flexible childcare that accommodates your family life

We're aware of the daily pressures put on parents and caregivers. So, when it comes to childcare Rise and Shine Day Nursery aims to give you one less thing to worry about. Days are split into two sessions, where parents can choose to let their child stay between 8am and 1pm or 1pm and 6pm. Alternatively, your child can stay with us for the full day. We are closed for a week over Christmas but, where possible, we can offer childcare through the holidays.
